No matter where you work, no matter who you work for, no matter what you do – honesty is always the best policy. Don’t be afraid to speak up!
- If you are working on a project that isn’t going so well, be brave and tell the client/manager.
- If you have too much on your plate already, don’t try to take on extra work.
- If you can see a better solution to a problem – be proactive and put a case forward for change.
